Carolina is a passionate life coach and experienced language tutor who empowers individuals to grow with confidence and clarity. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, she specializes in teaching English to Brazilians and Portuguese-speaking individuals, as well as Portuguese to Americans seeking to connect more deeply with the language and culture.
Carolina combines her coaching expertise with her tutoring approach to create a dynamic, personalized learning experience that goes beyond language—helping her students build self-awareness, achieve personal goals, and communicate with authenticity. Her unique blend of emotional intelligence, cultural insight, and educational skill makes her sessions both impactful and inspiring.
My Story
My journey began with a heartfelt decision to immerse myself in personal development, sparking a profound transformation that touched every corner of my life. Fueled by a deep curiosity about human behavior and a desire to make a meaningful impact through art, service, and contribution.

Born and raised in the vibrant culture of Brazil, my career started in communications, with exciting roles in Theater, Film, TV Production, and Reporting. My professional path took me across the globe until 2002, when I found my true home in NYC as an International Correspondent.
For over 15 years, I had the privilege of producing and reporting on the streets of Brazil and NYC, diving into the fascinating world of human behavior. This experience enriched my understanding of influence and connection, laying a strong foundation for my future in leadership and coaching.

Beyond coaching, I've spent over 12 years leading large-scale operations, projects, and dynamic teams in a non-profit organization in NYC. My role as a Senior Director at a health club in NYC has strengthened my foundation in health and wellness, perfectly aligning with my coaching endeavors and approach. Along the way, I've also studied and embraced the transformative power of Creative Arts Therapy, which has significantly enhanced my coaching skills.

In addition to my coaching work, I’m also a dedicated language tutor. I teach English to Brazilians and other Portuguese-speaking individuals and help Americans learn Portuguese, bridging cultures and empowering my students to connect more deeply with themselves and others. I bring the same energy, empathy, and insight from coaching into my tutoring sessions, creating a unique and powerful blend that supports personal growth through both language and mindset.

I'm deeply passionate about learning, growth, contribution, and every facet of mental, physical, and emotional health. It's an honor to inspire my clients and students to develop awareness, uncover their blind spots, and master their emotional patterns. For me, both coaching and teaching are not just paths to fulfillment—they're daily sources of joy and gratitude. My ultimate purpose is to support others with an empowering mindset, skills, strategies, and communication tools that help them transform and design the lives of their dreams.
